is a Tone E-Card?
AT&T Tone E-Cards are prepaid cards for buying ringtones and
graphics.
What
is the value of my Tone E-Card PIN code?
Tone E-Cards have two values, $9.99 for 20 credits good for 4 ringtones
and graphics and $19.99 for 40 credits, good for 8 ringtones and
graphics.
How
do I use a Tone E-Card:
1. Find the unique PIN code on your Tone E-Card email and/or receipt
of purchase.
2. Go to
www.att.com/mediamall to shop for ringtones or graphics. To
access on your handset go to MEdia Mall>Shop Ringtones or MEdia
Mall>Shop Color Graphics
3. Enter your Tone E-Card PIN code in the “coupon/Tone Card
code” field on the purchase page when you are ready to buy
a ringtone or graphic.
Can
I use a Tone E-Card to purchase Answer Tones?
No, Tone E-Cards can only be used to buy ringtones and graphics.
Will
my Tone E-Card expire?
Yes, Tone E-Cards expire 180 days from the date they are purchased.

Can
I give a Tone E-Card as a gift? Who can use the Tone E-Card?
Yes, Tone E-Cards may be given as gifts. Any AT&T customer on
any rate plan may use the Tone E-Card.
How
do I receive my Tone E-Card and when?
Tone E-Cards will be sent via email. You (or gift recipient) will
receive your Tone E-Card immediately after purchase.
How
can I purchase a Tone E-Card now but give it to someone as a gift
later?
The best way to purchase now but give as a gift later is to use
your own email address instead of the gift recipient's email
address. Print out the email you receive with the Tone Card PIN
and give it to the gift recipient whenever you choose.

I had a technical issue in the middle
of my purchase. Will I still be billed for that transaction?
No. The transaction will not go through and your credit card will
not be charged if you experience a technical issue during your transaction.
You will be billed for a transaction if you click Submit Order and
receive a confirmation message.
I
lost my PIN, can you replace it?
Sorry, no. PINs should be treated like cash and cannot be replaced
if lost or stolen. Please print your receipt and/or Tone E-Card
with your PIN code and keep it for your records.
My
Credit Card charges don't match my receipt. What should I
do?

When
I'm using a Tone E-Card PIN, why does the purchase confirmation
screen show "Charge to Phone Bill"? Does that mean I'm
not getting my ringtone for free?
"Charge to Phone Bill" is a standard entry under payment
type. However, nothing will be charged to your AT&T bill when
you use a valid Tone E-Card PIN. Note that the purchase amount will
appear as $0.00. If you had not used a PIN code, the amount of your
purchase would be shown on this page.
How
can I verify that I wasn't charged when I use a Tone E-Card?
Simply log in to DirectBill
and check your charges. The ringtone or graphic you selected will
be shown with a charge of $0.00. DirectBill charges are updated
within five minutes of the purchase.
Can
I use my Tone E-Card to make a ringtone purchase via Text Messaging
or MEdia Net?
Yes, enter in the field located under the BUY button called "Coupon
Code/Tone Card".
